John was a gentleman, very informative and a fountain of knowledge and I am completely satisfied with the service I received. I would highly recommend JCD Computers for the quality of service and attention to detail that I received, both with the initial repair to my previous computer and eventually to the new computer that was built for me. JCD COMPUTERS visited us in responce to a request for help in a number of problems with our DELL computer, he was very down to earth, and used plain language that we two old pentioners understood!! However it was immediatly obvious that he most certainly was an expert in his field. He didnt try to sell us a new computer, but took our PC away to his workshop and gave it a full service, updated and increased memory, fitted a new CD ROM drive and returned the PC to us and gave us a most detailed lesson in transfering data and backing up programmes. This lesson was carried out in his presence, and repeated until we got it right! As if this wasnt enough Geraldine kindly typed an crib sheet for our future use. It was a pleasure to do business with such a professional team, and we would certainly recommend them.
